Hello to all,
Does anyone know where I can buy beer directly from the factory? Someone I know had a tour of the Olympia Brewery in the state of Washington years ago. After the tour you could buy the fresh beer there. I don't want to buy from a mico-brewery and have to pay $5.00 a bottle.
I live in Anaheim California. Does anyone know of any place close or within a half hour drive?
Any help or advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure about that? Due to the three tier distribution system, I didn't think it was possible. At least I don't know of anywhere other than brewpubs you can do it.

Give your microbrew/brewpub another shot. Many are known to sell you a growler full at a decent price (I am not sure if it is legal in CA, but since it is in MN and nobody does something here without it having been done there first ...).
