Just sampled my first batch from Mr Beer home brewing kit. The Nut Brown Ale tastes a bit cidery but I was able to get a buzz from it. Any ideas on how to get rid of the cidery taste for the next batch ??

Use corn sugar instead of white (table) sugar.

Makes no difference...neither one will, in and of itself, cause cidery flavors.
