Hi



Im interested in doing a piraat clone ( van steenberge brewery ) , but has anybody tried that before? anybody know a recipe?

11 lb M&F plain extra-light DME 1 & 1/2 lb Belgian clear candi sugar 1/2 lb Crystal malt (20L) 1/4 lb Belgian cara-vienne malt 1/4 lb Belgian aromatic malt 1 oz Brewers Gold (60 mins) 1 oz Stryrian Goldings (15 mins) 1/2 oz Styrian Goldings (5 mins) 1/2 tsp ground coriander (15 mins) 1/2 tsp ground coriander (5 mins) 1 tsp Sweet orange peel (5 mins) 1 tsp Irish moss (15 mins) Wyeast 3787 Trappist high gravity yeast Keep fermentation around 68-70F Steep specialty grains for 30 min @ 150F Prime with 1 & 1/2 cup M&F wheat DME

I should have mentioned the recipe is for 5 US gallons
