Does anyone have a recipe for a partial mash of Saranac's excellent Caramel Porter? A friend would like to brew somethng similar if there is a recipe floating around.

I don't have a recipe for the particular beer, but a caramel flavor can be gotten pretty easily by mashing some Carafoam.
