Tap Handle is the wrong style?

Hi,

I got a Guinness tap handle for my kegerator, but it is of a style that has a slot at the bottom and a screw through it, instead of the "threaded hole" type that my faucet needs. Are there conversion kits, or do I need to engineer an adapter for it?
