Hi there, got a stout on the go, (15 Litres) and wanted to turn out a "Ruby Stout" by adding a good Ruby Port. Anyone any ideas on how much port to add to 30 Litres of Stout?

One label I had in mind that I never followed up on was for a beer called Bru-Tal. It had an extreme close up of a cartoon face that looked like it had been numerous tavern brawls. The guy had a few teeth missing and a broken nose.
