Hi Aloke,
This probably won't do you any good, but:
I haven't tried the one from Silver Tips that you mention, but I have just tried Upton's "Makaibari Estate Organic Silver Tips SFTGFOP1 FF (DJ-6)" (TD49). This is a *much* more expensive tea than the one you're asking about. However, I thought it was very good - a touch "thin" maybe, but I do generally prefer 2nd Fl. I may get more - IF I can get past the cost!!
