You sure it ain't Liu Bao, the black tea? It looks as if the pinyin spelling you have there would be a Taiwan or Hong Hong transliteration.
Liu Bao is a black tea from Guangxi.

Uh, no, the wrapper says *Lin* Cang, which was a different factory (now defunct, as far as I know.)

Yes, I see that (after comparing the 'lin cang' characters from bablecarp) to the ones on the wrapper.
You wouldn't be able to translate the remaining black characters, would you ? (Please)
