In Chinese HSMF means literally Yellow Mountain Hair
I don't think there's any tea called Huan shan YUN feng, though huan shan mao feng is quite famous.
There are some brand named as YUN JIAN, which in Chinese means the peak of cloud. Also Mao JIAN. Jian in Chinese means sharp or top of something...
e.g. :Xin Yang Mao Jian, Guiling Mao jian; Dong Zhi yun jian...ect.

yeah i guess this local store is branding their teas (wing hop fung) i asked for mao feng and i got this,
