1993 Beringer Knight's Valley Cabernet

- deep clear wine with lots of vanilla in the nose and good fruit. Lots of flavour concentration here, and it finishes a tad firmly, though some time in the glass softens it a bit. It seems to lean out a little at the end, but there is something about this one that I find myself liking. Perhaps it is the return of the sweet fruit, late in the finish. The first bottle opened of this one since purchase and it is just about ready to go.
