Opened at dinner last night with pork chops a bottle of 2006 Denis Mortet Gevrey Chambertin (Village). Nice ruby red color, very tight at first but soon opened up showing some red berry, cherry and a touch of earthy muishroom. Nice medium weight, good concentration for a Village wine. Well balanced witha nice bright acidity. No complaints. B+
