I grilled a whole chicken last night rubbed with Tuscan herbs and olive oil and we used up the last of our spaghetti squash with a fresh tomato sauce so I pulled something Italian, 2009 Isole e Olena Chanti Classico. Deep Re d, smooth nose of black cherries, earth and spice. Nice and smooth on the palate, almost elegant with pure fruit flavors of black cherries and plums. Not Bad for around $20.
