OK. But I'd also like to mention that with the advent of the aluminum beer can, we no longer had to put up with all the skunky beer that arrived from Europe in glass bottles. Generations of North American beer drinkers thought that Heineken really tasted like that swill they sold here. It will be interesting to see if wine can age OK with no oxidation.
