Hi Ian, Sure, "chopped" is the translation of "haché", but I presumed that an Anglosaxonian would understand "hacked" that way in that context? "Chopped" in the Scandinavian languages would be "hakket" (N,DK) and "bifteck haché" in Danish is "hakkebøf".. :-) Anders
