Dave, That's an excellent question. You might try getting ahold of them by phone at (310) 647-0643 or by Fax at (310) 647-0567. I'm going to send Tom an email to see what's up. If I can get ahold of him, I'll let you know what's going on.

I've exchanged emails with Tom. He's having problems with his hosting company and is trying to change hosts for his website. Other than that, it sounds like all is well, so you can try him at the phone numbers I gave you if you want to get in touch.

Glad to hear that the problem is IT-related rather than wine business related.
That is very good news, as his Chard is excellent. I know that he's working on a few other varietals, but do not think that they are for release, yet.
