DC experts taste wine

I cannot believe these people had the same wine in their glasses.

First white wine.......with ribs......with oysters?

at least everyone found the oak on #3.

Everyone is obviously an expert, as their descriptions are so floral.

Actually, except for the last critic (Kathy someone) I found most of the reviews reasonably in line. The Bouchard Beaune was short, the Montelena Chard & Keenan Merlot oaky, the Barbera simple, etc. I don't ever expect people fruit/flavor descriptors to neccessarily match up with mine.

I would agree, what I found most interesting and eyebrow raising was the article itself. Needs ageing, is not a put down, age won't help would be. I do not find newness of wine to be a fault so much as a condition. Same with the funky nose, barnyard you know. Good thing no one praised a Sancerre mewing about cat's pee!
