With beef short ribs made with wine, tomatoes, soy and ginger, the Ferrari-Carano 2005 Prevale West Face. One of the best Cal Cabs I have had. No flaws. Layers of cocoa and cherries, tannins resolved after 10 minutes of decanting. Probably an A+ Dale Scale. Would Parker score it a 95+. Finish lingered for 10 minutes or more.
