I'd also suggest looking into what Spanish whites you can find. Quite a lot of villages over there near the sea, and they certainly know how to eat.

Hi Ray, I haven't explored Spanish wines, but I'm sure there are many good ones. Do you have any suggestions? Wines that might be readily available in most parts of the USA?
