La Chablisienne

Has anyone had any experience with several La Chablisienne labels? Does anyone know of any literature out there? Their website is great, but specific information, i.e. vineyards, vinification, etc., is all in French. Alas, no parlez vous Francais. I have three 02's, Chablis Cuvee L.C., Premier Cru Grand Cuvee, and a Monte Millieu, along with a 97 Grand Cru Grenouille, but I'd like to know more about their composition before I open them up.

You can expect a crisp clean, unoaked chardonay with minerality.very representative ofthe AOC, La Chablisienne is the coop but the wines are generally well regarded.

Mostly agree, but I think the Grenouille probably sees some new oak, if I recall the grand crus correctly
