Hilldebrand Estate and Peller Estate were two of our favorites. The Hildebrand Riesling Icewine was excellent and the Peller Cabernet Franc Icewine was superb.

Stratus had some nice wines, though the winery was a bit 'industrial'.

If you need a dinner spot the Stone Road Grill was very nice. We had a bottle of Charles Baker Chardonnay, a private label wine, that was the 'wine of the trip'. Charles Baker was a wine buyer for Stratus winery, and produced this wine with some friends that he sells by email subscription. He does sell a small quantity to Stone Road Grill and we were lucky enough to get one of the last bottles of the 2005 vintage.
