1994 was a fair year. Gunello = Brunello? Siro Pacenti is a kick ass producer. The 2001 Brunello lists at $70.. I would open & drink asap. I'm sure it's still good, but it is'nt improving.

and to the responder: 1994 was a great year for California. Calling an entire regional wine making industry is a bit brash & a little stupid. While Italy has alot of great producers . They also have a bunch of crap too.

It should be good. It olds up well. Better than any crap from California in any event.
