I am a big fan of PS, and have had some really good experiences with their aging, though I don't usually try to age some of the current fruit bombs. I have one bottle left of HopKiln's last PS before they pulled the vines - hundred year old vines, and a varietal going out of style... 1989. I had the next to last a few years ago, and I'm looking forward to this one. Another case that has aged well was the Concannon
100th anniversary bottling. Sadly there are no more of them.Jim
