red wine stains on leather

does anyone have a cure for a red wine stain on a cream leather chair. Tich

Dye the chair red....... Bi!!

The wine most likely has soaked into the leather unless the leather had been treated with something to reduce staining. Try contacting the maker of the sofa to see if they have any suggestions. I would be afraid that most bleaching agents would harm the leather. There might be a stain specialist in your area who could dye over the stained area to match the color. Martha Stewart probably is too busy to help you, since she still is in court. :-).

A case of Charles Shaw Merlot ?

Don't know if it'd work on leather, but I can vouch for the efficacy of a product called, "Wine Away", on cloth/fabric. (Made by Evergreen Labs in Walla Walla, Washington.)
