A couple of dozen wines? No sweat really, not compared to say big verticals over dinner. I didn't spit except for a couple of times, but I did dump a couple more. Main factor was that this was over more than

6 hours- we arrived about 2, and left at probably 8:30 (Betsy driving!!!!). For me the best way to avoid palate fatigue is just to make sure I get plenty of water.
