It goes well with Warm Duck Spinach Salad and Oolong Broiled Sea Bass too! I had that at P.F. Chang's two nights ago. Hey, we're getting big time here in Colorado Springs; it just opened!

Oowwwwwwwww. Although Chang's indicates a recognition of mass market potential for the Springs, I've got to say that I don't relish chain restaurants with two hour waiting lines, relatively untrained staff and a significant impact on the small restaurant, quality dining environment that these places generate. For Chinese, I'll still do Tsing Tau House on Woodmen, or Silver Pond on Academy.

And, I still lament the loss of Primitivo. Long live Sencha, Walter's, La Petite Maison, et. al.

10-4 on the local places; I agree. Walter's is my fav on that short list, and I'd add Peppertree while we're in that area. However, not all chains are bad. Ruth's Chris, Morton's, Legal Seafood, Red Robin, Macaroni Grill, Outback, P.F. Chang's are at the top of my list of chains. I liked Fu-Lin on South 8th but it didn't last long, and neither did the Cuzan's.

Haven't been to Peppertree in a couple of years, but used to like it a lot. Heard they changed ownership recently. Hope they still serve that chutney pepper steak.

Mean to get to The Famous one of these days and have wanted to get to Denver for Del Frisco's as well.

I like Red Robin. Macaroni grill is a hot and cold experience--sometimes good, sometimes not. Outback is a never. Chang's is OK. Carraba's is a reliable, but I never go later than 5 or on a Friday cause I don't do waiting. Antonio's Italian on Garden-of-the-Gods is a reliable fall-back.
