Just bought my first bottle of "collectible" wine. Granted at $36 it's probably the cheapest "collectible" wine I can find and rated at
95 by Connoisseurs' Guide. This will also be my first test at cellaring. I plan on keeping it a few years. I think 5-8 years is supposed to be the recommended cellar life of it.
