I haven't visited these wineries but I like L'Ecole 41, Leonetti, Woodford Canyon, Cayuse.
Also, Buty, Rulo, Tamarack. I'm sure there are many others worthy of a visit, but these, along with those mentioned by Bi!!, are among my favorites. L'Ecole No. 41 and Woodward Canyon have regular tasting room hours; Cayuse and Leonetti, not so much.
