A friend just got married, and I want to buy a gift. I was thinking of a good bottle of wine. First off, is this an appropriate type of gift? Second, I'd be really interested in hearing some recommendations. I genarally buy wine under 50 dollars per botter (and usually around 15-20). I'd be willing to spend about 100 dollars. Thanks in advance!
Partly it depends on how well they like (and know) wine.

Depends.. If they do like wine I'd suggest half a case of something ageable. A sparkler for each of the next three anniversaries might also be a nice idea - we don't plan for more than three, do we? :-) Anders
