My Publix has a huge wine department, and after trying every weekend a couple of new ones, and spending from $6.99 to over $50 for a bottle, i noticed that my two favorites are . "Cellar No 8" for about 13 bucks, and "Jacob's creek" for about 8, either cabernet or merlot, i love both, would you please point me to a few good ones up that alley, i don't want any more $50 disappointments. It's quite a disappointment to spend a lot of money on a wine that you don't like.
I don't know what sorts of wine this store has or what country you're in.
Publix is an upscale supermarket serving the Southeastern seaboard of the USA (Florida, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee).
Their wine selection and prices are quite good among American wines, and they have a smattering of European and Australian wines as well.
