Hello all,
Please suggest wine to have with Tartiflette. I have tryed it with Givry red etc. from Burgundy, but still looking for right combination.

If you think about it, in a way tartiflette is like raclette, but with Reblochon, right? Probably the most traditional pairing would be with a mountain wine such as Apremont (Savoie) or a Swiss Valais. Buit if you're looking at using really ripe Reblechon, I think something with some real sweetness might be in order.
Even though I'm one of the red Burg and Epoisses guys, don't think I'd want to go down that road here.
