  • Some years ago there was an article in Harpers (or perhaps the Atlantic Monthly) called, "Wines of the Great Plains".

Anybody remember?

Atlantic Monthly online archives only go back to 1995. From their site: "*To order back issues from 1981 to 1988, please call (410) 754-8219 first to check for availability*"

You might be able to find a hard copy at your local library.

  • Many thanks! With your advice, I think I can find a copy and post it here -- I think you'll get a kick out of it.

Glad to be of assistance! I wonder what time period the author was referring to, since the article is from 1981? d.
