When I consume wines...I notice a trend.
Most of my California wines I prefer in their youth....(Cab/Chard)
My french Bordeau and Burg I perfer with at least 10 years of age...maybe
Oregon Pinot in decent vintages I find at best 5 years after vintage.
Thats about it on generalizations.
