Hi everyone,
Over the years, I've accumulated a good number of old French wines, particularly when I lived in France and Belgium. I'm in the process of moving and preparing an inventory, including a list of these French wines. The problem is that I don't know how much these bottles are worth (over 160 bottles), particularly since I may have to part with many of them.
Here is a list of just a few bottles:
- 1955, ARC, Bordeaux rouge, Saint-Émilion Contrôlée, André Roger & Cie
- 1962, Château Brane-Cantenac, Bordeaux rouge, Margaux Contrôlée, Grand Cru Classé, L. Lupton
- 1969, Château Margaux, Bordeaux rouge, Margaux Contrôlée, Premier Grand Cru Classé, Château-Margaux
- 1970, Château Spulard, Bordeaux rouge, St-Émilion Contrôlée, Grand Cru Classé, N. Ligneris
- 1970, Château Mouton-Rothschild, Bordeaux rouge, Pauillac Contrôlée, Premier Cru Classé, Baron Philippe de Rothschild
- 1975, Château La Dominique, Bordeaux rouge, St-Émilion Grand Cru Classé, C. Fayat
- 1979, Château Boyd-Cantenac, Bordeau rouge, Margaux Contrôlée, Grand Cru Classé Margaux, G.F.A.P. Guillemet
I would certainly welcome any comments about their worth or what Web site might have that information.
Thanks,
André Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
