apple wine blend

I am about to start this year's apple batch and am looking to blend with another fruit. Any suggestions?

Keith, apple will blend with most fruit. Suggestions: bananas, passion fruit, figs, cranberry, loquat, mango, mayhaw, kiwi, parsnip, cherry, pear, peach, plum....

Common apple blenders include (but aren't limited to): blackcurrant, pineapple, raspberry, and rhubarb.

I am doing it again next week too....

Apples ... chipped and pressed to apple juice... fill 1/2 the 10 gal carbuoy, then top up with a white grape wine kit juice. I check the sg and bring it to 1100. let brew to finish and sit for about a month to clear. I filter it then add 420 grams of sugar and bottle in champangne bottle, capping with plastic corks and wires.

cheers the islander
