Looking for a good bannana wine recipie. Just wanting to try something different, this is our first wine making attempt. Any tips ect would also be appreciated. Thanx

Joe, I'm sure Jack Keller has a recipe for banana wine, plus lots of other interesting info on making wine at home. Welcome & good-luck.

Thank you for the site. We have been making beer for a while, but thought we would try a batch of wine. If I follow a recipe, do I have to worry about pH levels, and such, or is that more for competition level wine making?

I don't know that I would worry about ph levels until you are sure you want to continue making wine, or if you want to make wine from actual grapes/juice. Darlene
