Dear All
I know the benefits of barrel stirring for white wine but does it work the same for red wine.
I have a 227 litres Barrel of Pinot Noir that has finished the alcohol fermentation and I was wondering if I can do anything to better the wine.
Also when you should I do the first racking (after the malo)?
