In case anyone remembers and/or cares.... The blackberry/cherry that I started 4 months ago has turned out really good. I just bottled it last night and there was a glass left over. It has a nice dark cherry color. It's tastes like a big red with a cherry fruitiness to it. That is about the best I can describe it. Anyway...
