Some of you might remember a few months back I was posting about a banana wine. Well, it's been sitting around a bit and i thought I might try to carbonate some of it. So, I did just that. Pretty much, I make a 16%abv wine cooler. A little bit rougher than a wine cooler though. After I carbonated it, there was a taste to it that I havent tasted before.....anyone ever try this? Just an expierement. I normally dont drink wine coolers.
