I am trying to get an early srtart on this for next fall. Does anyone have a good source of Dolcetto juice? I am not equiped (yet) for grapes, so I will need juice. 6-12 gallons.

You are kinda late to get juice. I was able to get some Dolcetto juice from Italy. Here in NJ there is a place where they get California, Chile and Italian juice. this keeps me busy not only making wine from juice but also from Fresh fruit and wine kits. Tom
