Hello, this is my first email to a newsgroup ever, but I'll get used to it.
I've been reading this group for a while now, and today I bought 4kg of dragon fruit to make wine from. Anyone got a recipe for it?
It is a bright red fruit with small black pips inside a green peel with a reddish shine. I believe the official name is Pitaya.
