I personally like rhubarb and pear for a white fruit wine.

I haven't made alot of fruit wines but what I did was to go to Jack Keller's site and click on the requested recipes. You get a list of fifty or so types of wine with graphics denoting the awards won in a particular type, when you click on the type you get a comment and a bunch of recipes. That's alot of bang for (not) a buck.

The recipes are at:

If you click on mango you get this nice little comment:

"Mangos make a fragrant, golden wine as unmistakably unique as dandelion wine"

and thus I have a dandelion and mango on the go right now. He has another section on recipes at:

and if you keep clicking on Next you get to the 3rd page where he has some collections. Perhaps there are other links to the collections but that's how I got to them.

You might also try a mead, lots of possibilities there including carbonation.

Try PEACH wine. Peaches will be in season soon. I made peach wine last year and came out fine. Tom
