Has anyone ever made wine from Hawthorne berries? We have about 6 Hawthorne trees and I could get lots of berries from them in Sept. What do I need to know about making wine from them? Any suggestions appreciated

I suggest you take a look at Jack Keller's website. If anyone has done it then he will!
Do some searches for Mayhaw and Blackhaw. Jack Keller's site has recipes for both. Good luck. HTH
