Muskellunge (sp)? wine

I have no idea what a Muskellunge is, but if a recipe exists, Jack Keller would have it. His website is at:

muskellunges are a bretty good sized predatory fish.

I do not think you will make a decent wine out of them.

Now muscadets can be made into a decent dry white wine and muscadines can be made into a nice sweet wine that smells like gasoline.

Was in the woods all day working & found a S___Load of them and figured i'd get some before the deer ate em all.

Muscadines are starting to make their way into comercial wines and even win competitions. I know Jack Keller will have a lot to say about them.

I've mad wild muscadine wine and it turned out a little foxy but better than some commercial stuff I've had.
