To start with you can use any dried fruit that you can obtain. What you must bear in mind, is that when using any fruit the weight required will be 25% of that when using fresh fruit, owing to the absence of water. There are two basic methods JUICE or PULP, Stephen more to come looking up black currant melomel (black mead) how would you prefer me to post all these recipes.
