Dave, Here's the recipe, I got it from Terry Garey's winemaking book. If you want step-by-step directions go to Terry's site. I have changed it a bit to fit my taste and that of my family. I use 2 containers per gallon for a stronger fruity taste. I use frozen lemonade instead of lemons, because then there's no lemony aftertaste. I vary the sugar amount depending on what type of wine I'd like to make. I use Montrachet, because it seems to work so well and fast, but other wine yeasts will work just as well.
2 12 oz 100% frozen concentrate juice (your pick but make sure it is 100% juice)
1 6 oz can of frozen lemonade (thawed and strained; toss solids, put juice in)
2 cups sugar - dry wine (4 cups will give you a very sweet wine)
1 gallon of water (or less)
1/2 tsp pectic enzyme
1 packet wine yeast (Montrachet or whatever you want to use)
Any other questions, let me know. Darlene
