I have a lot of left over rhubarb this year. I remember many years ago my father made some rhubarb wine from a recipe that uses a new kitchen sized garbage can as the primary fermentor. Would any of you have such a recipe, or another easy recipe to follow. This will be my first attempt.

Mark, I also used the recipe on Jack's site. It just stopped fermenting last month. When I tasted it while racking, I was very impressed with the taste. Too early to bottle, yet(If it gets that far :)) Good luck Rog
Mark, do you mean that this is your first attempt a "rhubarb wine" or your first attempt at wine. If the latter you should pick up a book on general principles of home winemaking. A recipe is not really enough.
