Dave,Here's the recipe, I got it from Terry Garey's winemaking book. If you wantstep-by-step directions go to Terry's site. I have changed it a bit to fitmy taste and that of my family. I use 2 containers per gallon for astronger fruity taste. I use frozen lemonade instead of lemons, becausethen there's no lemony aftertaste. I vary the sugar amount depending onwhat type of wine I'd like to make. I use Montrachet, because it seems towork so well and fast, but other wine yeasts will work just as well.2 12 oz 100% frozen concentrate juice (your pick but make sure it is 100%juice)1 6 oz can of frozen lemonade (thawed and strained; toss solids, put juicein)2 cups sugar - dry wine (4 cups will give you a very sweet wine)1 gallon of water (or less)1/2 tsp pectic enzyme1 packet wine yeast (Montrachet or whatever you want to use)Any other questions, let me know.Darlene
