Is there a decent source to calculate various measurements?



How much SO2 based on PH? How much acid to lower PH / raise TA? Sugar needed to sweeten wine?

I'm glad you like the programs! Currently I do not have software that calculates pH adjustments. From what I understand this cannot be reliably determined mathematically.
