Lagering in Corney kegs?

I have two lager beers going in five G carboys. They were in primary for about 10 days. They have been at lager temp (40 degrees) for about 3 weeks. I would like to lager another 3-4 weeks but I need the space. Coreny kegs would take upr less lareal space. Are ther any draw backs to finishing the lager in Coerney kegs? Should bleed off valves be left open or closed?

Thanks

I've done it both ways and it doesn't really seem to matter.
