I had to try one of my 4 bottles just to see what it tasted like fresh and it's definitely a Belgian tasting son of a gun that's full bodied and has a pretty nice spice kick to it but....I'll not be opening another for at least a few years down the road because I want to give it a chance to *really* shine. I'm not saying it doesn't taste good fresh because it does but it's just not very complex at this stage and that's what I'm hoping the aging will do for it.(duh, isn't that Stone's raison d'etre for the series?)
Best regards, Bill
